PATIENT :
- Age : 33 years old
- History : hair transplant (Strip technique) in Italy in 2005, frontal area with a mediocre result due to the doll effect and to very thin hair
- Finasteride for 2 months after the first transplant, and then stopped
DOCTOR : Dr Chiara Insalaco
HAIR TRANSPLANT (performed) :
- Objective : fill the Crown area
- Extraction technique : FUE, donor area partially shaved, motorized Punch (Cole Instruments, 0.95 mm Diameter, 2.8 mm Depth)
- Implantation technique : preparation of receiving sites with 1.2 mm blade, 4mm depth
- Number of Follicular Units: 2000
- Comments: Even if the hair is very short in the donor area, the scars of the Fue transplant carried out by Dr. Insalaco are not visible. Only the Strip scar is very evident.
BODY HAIR TRANSPLANT (planned) :
- In the month of November we will perform a correction of the Strip scar using the beard hairs
